1) During the installation and commissioning of the machine tool, our company employees should work diligently and install it at the location you specify according to your requirements. At the same time, all technical parameters of the machine tool must meet the company standards;
2) Our company employees shall not request installation or commissioning fees from you during the installation and commissioning process;
3) After the machine tool installation and commissioning meet your requirements and company standards, your personal signature must be obtained for the installation and commissioning to be considered complete;
4) Our company employees shall not forcibly require you to sign off on unsatisfactory installation or commissioning;
5) For any problems with the machine tool after your purchase, our company employees must repair it within two days (except for special circumstances). For very urgent machine tool failures, our employees should try to resolve the issue within 5 hours. No fees shall be charged during the warranty period. Outside the warranty period, only the cost of raw materials for workpieces and round-trip travel expenses may be charged, with no additional fees;
6) After your purchase, our company will be responsible for the long-term system upgrades of your machine tool. No fees shall be charged during the warranty period. Outside the warranty period, only the cost of raw materials for workpieces and round-trip travel expenses may be charged, with no additional fees;
7) To better protect your interests and to better supervise the conduct of our employees, our company will assign dedicated personnel to conduct irregular surveys with you and severely punish employees who violate our company rules and regulations!
8) While we fulfill our obligations, please make payments on time according to our contract; otherwise, we will be unable to continue providing services to you!
