Methods for Regular Maintenance of High-Speed Engraving and Milling Machines

During the use of high-speed engraving and milling machines, many faults are caused by the wear of machine tool components. If not addressed promptly, it will directly affect normal use and, in severe cases, impact the overall machining accuracy and the service life of the high-speed engraving and milling machine. Therefore, regular maintenance of the high-speed engraving and milling machine is very necessary. So how exactly should it be maintained? 1. When processing graphite and ceramics, please use a graphite CNC engraving and milling machine. Because processing graphite and ceramic materials generates a lot of dust, which easily enters the guide rails and affects their service life. 2. The guide rails need to be kept lubricated to avoid friction and other issues that cause temperature rise. The guide rails are generally automatically lubricated; if lubrication is found lacking, the flow divider valve should be checked. 3. The lubrication oil level of the guide rails must be checked daily. If the oil is insufficient, add lubricant; also, check whether the oil pump can start and stop on schedule and whether it can supply lubricant upon startup. 4. When operating the high-speed engraving and milling machine, ensure the guide rail surfaces are clean, free of chips, abrasive particles, etc. If present, they will increase friction and may cause rust on the guide rails.
