As is well known, high-speed CNC engraving and milling machines are high-end processing equipment that can both engrave and mill; their use not only greatly expands the range of applications but also promotes industrial production to some extent and improves work efficiency. So how can we prevent CNC engraving and milling machines from rusting?
1. Do not use clean water to wipe the cooling water tank of the engraving and milling machine; emulsion oil can be filled in the cooling water tank to help prevent rust.
2. For aluminum surface engraving and milling machines, a layer of varnish can be sprayed. Regularly check for corrosion spots and also apply butter with a cloth every few days.
3. In daily production and processing, pay attention to moisture and dampness prevention. After use, maintain the machine's cleanliness and regularly change the lubrication to ensure the engraving and milling machine operates normally without errors.
4. For steel surface CNC engraving and milling machines, the hardened steel raceways of the rolling guide rails and the steel fasteners should be wiped with butter using a cloth or cotton every few days. Other parts should be regularly checked for slight rust; if found, wipe it off with a cloth dipped in machine oil and prioritize rust prevention thereafter.
This concludes the sharing on how to prevent CNC engraving and milling machines from rusting. CNC engraving and milling machines can both engrave and mill, with increased spindle and servo motor power, bed strength, while maintaining high spindle speed, and most importantly, high precision.
